Harold Crumpley and Joan  ( Beck )  Crumpley

Harold and Joan were married after graduating from M. J. C.  in 1961.

Now nearly forty-three years later, they have three grown children

(all teacher 's  )  and eight grandchildren ( seven boys and a girl ).

They live on an eighteen acre farm in west Modesto--growing walnuts

and almonds.  Harold retired from a 34-year teaching career ( History )

with Modesto City Schools.  Joan is still working, part time, as an  R.N.

("Mother-Baby" )  Department at  Memorial Hospital.
